1994 brought me to Arizona after marrying your childhood buddy from Moline. Reading these excerpts today reminded me of things that I had forgotten in the complicated years between the late teens and middle age. I remembered sitting in the parking lot of the Yucca to listen to you play that night in December. Since I was only 19, that is how I experienced those early gigs. Thank you for the smile that gave me today.
My youngest son discovered King of the Hill this summer. I told him about you and we became curious about your latest projects!

So glad you are writing about these adventures...incidentally, a cassette copy of 'Wheelie' came into my possession in Colorado Springs not too long after it came out. A bike racer friend who lived in Tempe loved you guys and recorded the CD to cassette. I burned that cassette out right before 'Fizzy Fuzzy' came out. Great mixing on 'Wheelie'
